Teams are comprised of three bowlers (subs are allowed). Teams are not required to be coed. Everyone bowls three games a night.

Bowlers in this league also receive 10% off food and beverage at Pinheads (excluding alcohol) and one free hour of bowling per week (excluding holidays, weekends, and school breaks)
