Game Rules
1 Games are played in two 20 minute halves.
2 Clock stops only for time outs, injuries, and on each whistle during the last minute of the first half and the last two minutes of the second half.
Two time-outs per team per game. One time-out per half that does not carry over (use it or lose it). One additional time-out per team for each overtime session. Time-outs do not carry over in overtime periods.

4 Free throws: max of 2 off players and 4 def players permitted. Players are not permitted to move until the ball has been released.
5 Each player will receive five fouls before being considered disqualified (fouling out). Teams should be prepared to provide a player who is currently out of the game to assist with running the scoreboard and tracking fouls.
6 Bonus and double bonus free throws will be in effect at the end of the game consistent with high-school and college rules. A team enters the bonus (one-and-one) upon the opposing team's 7th foul. A team enters the double bonus (two free throws) upon the opposing team's 10th foul.
7 First overtime will last four minutes w/ the clock stopping the last two minutes on each whistle. The second overtime will last two minutes w/ the clock stopping on each whistle. The third and any subsequent overtimes will be one minute w/ the clock stopping on each whistle.
8 A jump ball will start each game (and overtime) with alternating possession thereafter.
9 Each team must provide their own jerseys. Team jerseys must be of the same color.
10 Each team must have a minimum of four players to start a game.
11 A team is eligible to finish a game with at least 1 player on the court due to disqualifications.
12 Two technical fouls on any one player will result in an automatic ejection from the game. The player is then required to sit out the next game.
13 In keeping with the objectives of this Tournament, any fighting and the player(s) will be immediately ejected from the game and suspended for the remainder of the tourney. NO EXCEPTIONS
14 No player may play for more than one team during the tournament. This includes playing for two different firms or playing on two separate teams for the same firm that has two teams participating.
