In the 1st session of CCA's Indoor Cornhole League, Nicholas J. Harbin decided to stay at home watching E! News and eating bon-bons with his girlfriend, leaving Harold T. Allen to defend their run of 4 straight cornhole championships with a new partner. That decision turned out to be a costly one as Brody Schoen and Nate Wottring's Jelly of the Month Club were able to oust Allen and his new partner to take the championship. In the second Indoor session, Harbin decided to leave the Kardashian and Bieber news behind to reunite with Harold and take the crown back. Coming in as the #2 seed, Jon Mercer and Prashant Patel's Shucking The Hole threatened Jelly of the Month Club's chances of returning to the championship; however, the 5-seeded JOTMC prevailed and the stage was set for an epic championship showdown. With Harbin back on the team, Allen & Co. were able to make quick work of the defending champs, ending their chances in just two games of a best 2 out of 3 matchup. This will surely be a matchup to look forward to in the coming months as CCA prepares to take its cornhole league to two different outdoor venues- Pawn Shop Pub on Monday's and Blind Owl Brewery on Tuesday's- after one more Indoor session at Bent Rail Brewery.
